Today, Pixelmator released an update for their Pixelmator Pro app (software version 1.4) that contains a multitude of updates and fixes to the app. Instead of users paying a monthly premium for Photoshop, Pixelmator Pro users pay for the app as a whole for $39.99 in the Mac App Store and the app is theirs for good. Pixelmator Pro is a third-party photo editing software that is a lot like Adobe Photoshop.
